BAKER'S CHOCOLATE ONE-BOWL
BROWNIE RECIPE
 
4 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl at HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted. STIR UNTIL CHOCOLATE IS MELTED. Stir in sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts. Spread in greased 13x9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. (DO NOT OVERBAKE.) Cool. Makes 24.

Range Top: Stirring constantly, melt chocolate and butter in 3-quart saucepan over very low heat.

Cakelike Brownies: Stir in 1/2 cup milk with eggs and vanilla. Use 1 1/2 cups flour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
