CHICKEN CURRY 
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. curry powder
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk or chicken broth or combine both
1 1/2 c. shredded chicken

Melt butter. Add curry powder; cook 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Add flour. Remove from heat. Add milk or chicken broth or both. Put back on low heat. Stir until boiling. Add chicken. Serve over rice, raisins, peanuts or onions.
