1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Beat all ingredients until smooth, 30 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour in 9 inch greased pie plate. Bake 350 degrees until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool. Serve with fresh fruit - strawberries or peaches.
