3 c. sliced peaches
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
6 tbsp. melted butter

Place sliced peaches on bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Sift together dry ingredients. Add egg tossing with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle crumbly mixture over fruit. Drizzle with the melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Top with ice cream.
