HOTDOG RELISH 
4 c. ground onions
1 med. cabbage, ground
10 green tomatoes, ground
6 red peppers, ground
10 green peppers, ground
1/2 c. salt
6 c. sugar
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
4 c. vinegar
2 c. water

Grind vegetables, using coarse blade. Sprinkle with salt and let stand 3 hours or overnight. Drain and rinse and drain. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetable mixture. Heat to boiling. Simmer 3 minutes and seal in jars. Makes 8 pints.
