ORANGE ALMOND PASTRIES 
1/2 cup orange marmalade
3 drops almond extract
6 sheets frozen phyllo pastry, thawed
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tbsp. sifted powdered sugar
buttered flavored non-stick cooking spray (Pam)

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Combine marmalade and almond extract, set aside. Coat phyllo sheets, working with 1 sheet at a time, lightly with buttered flavored Pam. Fold each in half lengthwise. Coat with Pam; cut crosswise into 4 (6 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch) rectangles.

Spread 1/2 teaspoon cream cheese on short side of each phyllo strip; top each with 1 teaspoon marmalade mixture. Fold long sides in about 1/2-inch. Beginning with the marmalade-filled end, roll up jellyroll fashion. Place each roll, seam side down, on a baking sheet. Coat tops of roll with Pam.

Bake at 375°F for 7 minutes.
