1 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped small
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and add sugar gradually. Beat well. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place one small teaspoon of dough about 1 inch apart on baking sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. When done remove from oven and roll in powdered sugar while still hot. Cool and roll again in sugar.
