JALAPENO JELLY 
1 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. jalapeno peppers
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
5 1/2 c. sugar

Put vinegar and peppers in blender to juice. Add sugar, bring to boil. Add 3/4 jar Certo (1 1/2 packets). Put into jars.
