BRUNCH LOAF 
8 slices of white bread without crusts
2 c. chopped ham
2 c. grated American cheese
8 more slices of bread without crusts

6 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Pour over bread. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight. In morning, mix 1/2 pound melted butter with 2 cups crushed cornflakes and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Let it set for a few minutes before serving).
