ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs, beat until frothy
2 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. grated raw zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla

Combine and mix well. 3 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. chopped nuts

Combine and add to above. Bake in loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
