ARROZ CON POLLO 
1/2 chicken, cut into sm. serving pieces
Water
1 oz. vegetable oil
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
Salt to taste
1 can tomato sauce (6 oz.)

1. Cook the chicken in a pot with 2 cups of water over medium heat for 1/2 hour.

2. In a skillet, add 1 ounce vegetable oil, green pepper, onion and garlic until soft. Add tomato sauce.

3. Add the chicken with broth (in which it's been cooking.) Add rice, salt and 1/2 cup water.

4. Cook on medium fire until water dry. Lower the fire. Turn rice over. Turn occasionally until rice is cooked well. Serves 4-5.
