DELICIOUS GINGER COOKIES 
1 1/3 c. Crisco
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. baking molasses
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ginger

Cream Crisco and sugar. Beat in eggs and molasses, and mix well. Add dry ingredients and stir all together. Form into balls, dip top into sugar and place onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees just until set, not brown. Store in airtight container along with a few slices bread to have soft cookies.
