DELICIOUS ICEBOX COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
Whole graham crackers

Line a 9x13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Melt butter. Beat eggs, add milk and sugar. Mix with butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add nuts, coconut, pineapple and cracker crumbs. Pour over layer of whole graham crackers and then top with more whole graham crackers. Now make icing.

ICING:

3/4 stick butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter. Add other ingredients and stir until smooth. Spread over cookie layer. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Then cut into bars. Keep refrigerated. Makes 4 dozen bars.
