OVEN - BARBECUED RABBIT 
1 cut up fryer
6 tbsp. butter
1 sm. chopped onion
1 clove chopped garlic
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter. Add rabbit and saute for 20 minutes or until brown on all sides. Place in baking dish. Add salt and pepper; pour pan drippings over rabbit. Put onion and garlic in one corner of pan, cover with barbeque sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, basting frequently. Serves 4.
