PUMPKIN PERFECT CAKE | |
3 eggs 1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. cloves 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 box yellow cake mix 1 1/2 sticks butter chopped nuts (optional) Melt butter and cool. Beat eggs; add pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices and evaporated milk. Pour into lightly greased 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over mixture. Drizzle butter over all and sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired. Bake in 350°F oven for 50 minutes or until knife inserted into cake tests clean. Submitted by: Jessica Roberts |
