REALLY GOOD PEAR SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pear juice
2 1/2 c. mashed pears
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp. plain cream or milk
1 c. whipping cream

In 8 x 8 inch pan, dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add pear juice and chill. Add pears. Combine cream cheese and cream; whip until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Chill several hours.
