1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick melted butter
3 eggs
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Mix together cake mix, egg, and melted butter. Press into bottom of 9x13 inch greased pan. Mix together eggs, confectioners' sugar, cream cheese, nuts. Mix until smooth and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
