PINEAPPLE STUFFING | |
5 slices bread, cubed 1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 can crushed pineapple, drained Remove crust from 5 slices of bread and cube. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in 4 eggs, one at a time; mix well. Fold in 1 can drained pineapple and bread crumbs. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. |
