MIRACLE LEMON MOUSSE 
1/2 c. lemon juice
4 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. whipped cream

Heat sugar, lemon juice and egg yolks in saucepan. Stir until thickened. Cool and fold in whipped cream. Chill well. Serve with whipped cream and sliced strawberries. Serves 6-8.
