CHICKEN STIR-FRY 
Sweet red pepper (whole, chopped)
Peanut oil
2 c. chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
1-2 tsp. garlic granules
1 sm. zucchini, chopped
4 whole chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/4 c. sherry
1/8 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice

Use oil as needed to fry chicken strips until done. Take chicken out of fry pan and set aside. Fry vegetables. Add garlic and rest of liquids. Serve over rice.
