QUICK CHICKEN SOUP 
1 cut up frying chicken
2 onions
Salt & pepper
2-3 chicken bouillon cubes
Pinch of pot herbs
2-3 celery stalks
1 pkg. med. egg noodles

Remove skin from cut up frying chicken. Cover with water and add onion, salt, pepper, chicken bouillon cubes and pot herbs and celery stalks. Boil 1 hour then remove chicken. Add 1 package of medium egg noodles and boil until noodles are cooked. Remove bone from chicken and return chicken to pot.
