TOLLERINI 
1 lb. ground meat
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 can pitted ripe olives
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 chopped onion
1 can whole kernel corn
1 tsp. salt
1 (5 oz.) pkg. noodles

Brown meat and onion in skillet; add corn, olives, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Simmer until juice is absorbed. Cook noodles and drain. Place noodles in the meat mixture and mix well. Put the mixture into a buttered casserole and top with grated cheese.

Bake at 350°F in oven until brown.

This is close to the recipe I have. Mine has green pepper also. It says to break up noodles and mix into the entire mixture. In Texas the noodles disintegrated. I think it was the altitude. Sometimes I pre-cook them and put them in just before I bake it. Sometimes I just cook it in a big pan without putting it in the oven. I forgot it had cheese on it, but I could leave that off.
