CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 3/4 c. crushed graham crackers
1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix together and press into a 9" springform pan.

BATTER:

3 beaten eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. sour cream

Beat all ingredients except sour cream until smooth. Fold in sour cream. Pour mixture into springform pan and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
