CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. oil
1/4 c. catsup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown hamburger in oil with onion and green pepper. Drain fat after meat is browned. Add tomato sauce and catsup and pepper. Mix well and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

In ungreased casserole dish, spoon in meat, sprinkling cheese between layers. Line biscuits around rim and center of casserole. Bake for 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Serves 4.
