APRICOT NUT BALLS 
8 oz. dried apricots, finely chopped
2 1/2 c. flaked coconut
2/3 c. walnuts, chopped
3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
Powdered sugar

Mix apricots, coconut, walnuts and milk. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Let stand until firm, approximately 2 hours. Makes 3 1/2 to 4 dozen.
