PARTY LEMON CHICKEN 
1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 whole chicken breasts, split and boned
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice

In plastic bag, combine flour, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and shake to coat. In large skillet sprayed with non-stick coating, brown chicken over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium low, add lemon juice and simmer covered, 35-40 minutes or until tender. Turn once. Serves 6.
