CHEEZ MEATLOAF | |
1 can tomato soup 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, cubed 1 egg 1 tsp. salt Dash pepper 1/4 c. water Mix 1/2 cup soup with all ingredients; except water. Shape into loaf, put into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Blend soup and water with 2 to 3 tablespoons drippings, heat and serve with meat loaf. |
