BAR-B-Q BONELESS BEEF SHORTRIBS 
3 to 4 lbs. beef shortribs
1 pt. Bar-b-q sauce
Salt and pepper, if desired

Boil shortribs in water for 2 hours or until tender. Drain shortribs and put in roasting pan. Cover with Bar-b-q sauce. Cover and leave in refrigerator overnight. Add a little water and bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
