INDIVIDUAL HAM LOAVES 
1 1/2 lbs. ground ham
1 1/2 lbs. ground pork shoulder, fat trimmed
2 eggs
2 heaping c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. skim milk
Pepper to taste
Slices of bacon for wrap

Mix and shape into small loaves with 1/2 strip lean bacon around loaf.

SAUCE:

2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Bring sauce to a boil and pour over loaves. Bake in slow oven - 275 to 300 degrees - for one hour 45 minutes. Loaves should absorb sauce and be brown and glazed. Serve each loaf on slice of hot pineapple. Makes 20-24 small loaves. Nice for luncheon or dinner if made larger.
