PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shortening
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix dry ingredients together with shortening. Add egg, water and vinegar. Make into a ball and let rest 20 minutes. Roll out thin and make pies. This will keep in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for weeks. Makes 4 pie crusts.
