CORN SOUFFLE 
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
8 oz. sour cream
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together in large casserole. Drizzle with 1 stick melted butter.

Bake at 350°F for 1 1/4 hours.
