RHUBARB CONSERVE 
7 lb. of rhubarb, cut in pieces
5 1/2 to 6 c. sugar

Mix and set overnight. Cut up 3 oranges, rind and all. 2 lbs. raisins

Cook all until thick, in a large kettle. Slowly, until ready to can in small jars or larger. Will make 3 or 4 quarts. Then seal.
