My family has used this sugar cookie recipe called "Moravian Cutouts" for 30 years after I found it in a Christmas book I was given about Christmas traditions. There was an icing recipe for royal icing and a bit of lemon that was icing sugar, egg whites and a bit of fresh lemon juice. My adult children still ask for them as they just love them. They are addictive! You can make them for Valentines day too!
