CORN CASSEROLE 
3 cans whole corn, drained
3 tbsp. onion flakes
dash of garlic powder
2 eggs
salt and pepper, to taste
3/4 cup cornbread mix
1/3 cup butter, softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients except shredded cheese. In a greased 2-quart casserole dish, layer mix, layer cheese, with mix layer on top. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Remove and layer cheese on top. Bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly browning.
