BLUEBERRY GLACE PIE 
1 (8 or 9 inch) baked pie shell
3 oz. softened cream cheese
3 1/2 c. blueberries
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Simmer 1 cup berries and 2/3 cup water for 3 minutes. Mix 1 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons cornstarch and 1/3 cup water and add to blueberries and cook 1 minute. Spread bottom of shell with 3 ounces softened cream cheese. Pour 2 1/2 cups raw berries over cream cheese. Pour slightly cooled mixture over berries. Garnish top with 1/2 cup additional berries. Cool 2 hours in refrigerator before serving. May be served with whipped cream or ice cream.
