SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
MEAT:

1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1 sm. onion, very finely chopped

Mix well, roll into small bite-sized balls. Cook, covered, shake pan to roll around meatballs. A little cooking spray will help to keep them from sticking.

SAUCE:

1 (16 oz.) jar grape jelly
2 (8 oz.) bottles Heinz chili sauce

Heat oven to medium heat until well blended. Add cooked meat balls (well drained of any grease).
