RICE PILAF 
1/2 c. butter
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. raw white rice (not instant)
2 c. chicken broth

Melt butter in skillet and saute onions and rice until golden. Add broth and mushrooms; simmer 1 minute. Put in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes (until rice has absorbed all of the broth).
