PUMPKIN CAKE BARS 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 c. corn oil
2 c. mashed pumpkin
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients; add oil, pumpkin and eggs. Heat mixture one minute at medium speed. Spoon into greased 15"x10"x1" pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING: Beat 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened, 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter until fluffy and add 1 tablespoon orange juice and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well. Gradually add sugar. Spread on cake.
