NEWPORT ROOM CAULIFLOWER 
1 lg. head cauliflower, separated into florets
1 sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips
2 tbsp. minced fresh basil or 1 tbsp. dried basil

Place the cauliflower in a large steaming basket. Arrange the pepper over the cauliflower. Set the steaming basket over boiling water and steam, covered, until the cauliflower is tender, about 15 minutes. Remove to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with basil and serve hot. Serves 6.
