BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread, decrusted and sliced
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
1 pt. half & half
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

In buttered 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish, layer bread, sausage, and then cheese. Combine eggs, half & half, salt, and dry mustard. Pour over bread layers. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
