KRAFT CARAMEL SQUARES 
1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. coconut, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk over low heat. Combine cake mix, butter, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, and chopped nuts; put 1/2 of cake mixture in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 6 minutes; take out and sprinkle with chocolate chips and coconut (optional).

Spread melted caramel mixture over that. Drop remaining cake mixture on top by small spoonfuls and spread to cover (it gets very sticky and gooey, but turns out great!). Bake for 15-18 minutes.
