DRESSING:

1/2 c. avocado, mashed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Mix dressing ingredients. (May be done ahead.) Toss with salad ingredients. Add crushed corn chips just before serving.

SALAD:

1 head lettuce
2 tomatoes
1/2 can ripe olives
2 green onions
1 c. corn chips, crushed
1/2 c. Cheddar, shredded
