BEEF BURGUNDY | |
3 1/2 lb. stew beef or sirloin tip, cut into pieces 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 c. burgundy wine 1 can celery soup 1 can mushroom soup 1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles 1/2 c. melted butter 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 c. slivered almonds Salt & pepper Mix the 5 top ingredients together. Place it into a roaster and cook covered for 3 hours at 325 degrees. Cook noodles according to directions, mix butter, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, almonds, salt and pepper; toss with noodles and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a 2 quart or 9 x 12 inch pyrex dish. Serve beef burgundy over the baked noodle dish. |
