BEEF STEW AND VEGETABLES 
2 lb. boneless stew meat, cut in sm. pieces
4 carrots, cut in half
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 peeled potatoes
1 can tomatoes
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 onion, chopped

Flour and brown meat, add onion and bell pepper and brown, add onion soup mix and vegetables, and add water to cover. Cook until done. I use a crock pot and when I return 3 hours later lunch is ready.
