LOTTA COLADA 
7 c. crushed ice
3 c. cubed fresh pineapple (can substitute canned)
2 3/4 c. pineapple juice
1 (15 oz.) can cream of coconut
1/4 c. half and half
1 1/2 c. 80 proof rum
Shredded coconut
3-4 oz. rum

In batches, combine first 5 ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly, about 3 minutes. Add rum and blend 1 minute longer. Serve colada in chilled glasses rimmed with coconut. 6-8 servings.
