CHOCOLATE GLAZE 
2 sqs. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. corn syrup
1 c. powdered sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. hot water

Heat chocolate, butter and corn syrup until melted; remove from heat. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Beat in water 1 teaspoon at a time until glaze is of desired consistency.
