PORCUPINES IN TOMATO SAUCE 
10 oz. ground turkey
2 oz. uncooked converted rice
1/4 c. diced onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. each marjoram, thyme and pepper

SAUCE:

1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. canned chicken broth
1/8 tsp. fresh garlic minced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients for porcupines, shape into 8 equal balls. Spray dish with non stick cooking spray and arrange balls in dish. In small bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients for sauce. Pour over balls. Cover casserole and bake 1 hour, turning porcupines once during baking.
