SNOWBALL CAKE 
4 lg. pkgs. Dream Whip
1 lg. Angel Food cake
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lemon or 1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. powdered sugar
1 box coconut
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
4 tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water

Mix gelatin and cold water, add boiling water, pineapple, sugar and lemon juice. Stir. Place in refrigerator until partially jelled. Whip 2 boxes of Dream Whip and add to gelatin mixture. Line large round mixer bowl with waxed paper. Fold gelatin, Dream Whip mixture into waxed paper lined bowl, then pinch pieces of Angel Food cake into small pieces and fold into gelatin mixture. Refrigerate cake for 24 hours. Whip 2 package of Dream Whip. Turn cake out on plate and ice with Dream Whip and cover with coconut. Keep refrigerated until serving time.
