1 c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
3 tbsp. chopped chilies
1 c. cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto cookie sheet 1" apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 2 dozen balls.
