CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
3 chicken breasts
Garlic salt
Green onion
1 head lettuce
Saifun (bean thread noodles)

DRESSING:

1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame seeds

Boil chicken breasts - shred meat and sprinkle generously with garlic salt. Refrigerate overnight. Shred lettuce - cut green onions. Fry saifun - spread towel to drain oil. Mix above ingredients - add dressing.
